Personal and Group Training

Personal and/or group training options are available. Commit to meeting your goals with one-on-one training, or join a group program that fits your schedule.

Beginner and Advanced Groups

Runners of all ages and abilities are welcome. Choose from walking, beginner or intermediate/advanced running groups with three flexible weekly training sessions.

Training, Nutrition, and More

With local partners, Running Lilly Coaching offers optional clinics, such as nutrition for running, foam rolling, and yoga for flexibility.
